Qısaca: şəkilləriniz və üzünüzün ölçüləri telefonunuzda qalır. Hesab və qeydiyyat yoxdur. Reklam və izləmə yoxdur. Bizə yalnız özünüzün göndərdiyi şəkil gəlir (mütəxəssis yoxlaması üçün) və 30 gün sonra silinir.

Kim üçün və kimdən

Bu siyasət iOS və Android üçün «My Green Card Photo» tətbiqinə aiddir. Tətbiqi fərdi tərtibatçı Abdurahman Jarullayev (ABŞ) hazırlayıb. Bu sənəddə «biz» deyəndə tətbiqin tərtibatçısı nəzərdə tutulur.

Tətbiq ABŞ hökuməti ilə əlaqəli deyil. DV lotereyasına qeydiyyat pulsuzdur və yalnız dvprogram.state.gov saytında aparılır.

Şəkillər və üz analizi

Kamera. Tətbiq kameranı yalnız şəkil çəkmək və kadrı canlı yoxlamaq üçün istifadə edir. Video yazılmır.
Üz analizi. Şəklin DV qaydalarına uyğun olub-olmadığını yoxlamaq üçün tətbiq telefonun içində üzün yerini və ölçülərini (məsələn, başın ölçüsü, göz səviyyəsi, başın əyilməsi, gözlərin açıq olması, eynək) hesablayır. Bu ölçülər yalnız həmin anda istifadə olunur, heç yerdə saxlanılmır, heç kimə göndərilmir və sizi tanımaq üçün istifadə edilmir.
Hazır şəkillər yalnız telefonunuzda, tətbiqin öz yaddaşında saxlanılır. Onları istədiyiniz vaxt tətbiqdə silə bilərsiniz; tətbiqi silsəniz, onlar da silinir.
Qalereya. Qalereyadan şəkil seçəndə telefonun öz seçicisi açılır və tətbiq yalnız seçdiyiniz bir şəkli görür.
Şəkli yükləmək. «Şəkli yüklə» toxunduqda şəkil telefonun Şəkillər qovluğuna yazılır. Bunun üçün telefon bir dəfə icazə soruşur.

Mütəxəssis yoxlaması (istəyə görə)

Yalnız siz «Mütəxəssis yoxlaması» seçib «Göndər» düyməsinə toxunduqda:

həmin bir şəkil təhlükəsiz bulud serverimizə yüklənir və onu yalnız yoxlamanı aparan mütəxəssis görür;
şəkillə birlikdə adınız, e-poçtunuz və ya telefon nömrəniz göndərilmir, yalnız təsadüfi sorğu nömrəsi olur;
cavabı sizə çatdırmaq üçün telefonun bildiriş kodu (push token) istifadə olunur;
şəkil yalnız bu yoxlama üçün istifadə olunur və 30 gün sonra silinir. Daha tez silinməsini istəsəniz, bizə yazın.

Alışlar

Ödənişləri Apple App Store və ya Google Play aparır. Kart məlumatlarınızı biz görmürük. Alışları yoxlamaq və bərpa etmək üçün RevenueCat xidmətindən istifadə edirik: ona təsadüfi istifadəçi nömrəsi və alış məlumatı (məhsul, tarix, qiymət, ölkə) ötürülür, adınız və e-poçtunuz ötürülmür.

Anonim istifadə statistikası

Tətbiqi yaxşılaşdırmaq üçün anonim sayğaclardan istifadə edirik (TelemetryDeck): hansı ekranlar açılır, hansı yoxlama xəbərdarlığı daha çox çıxır, tətbiqin versiyası, telefonun modeli, əməliyyat sisteminin versiyası və təxmini ölkə. Hər quraşdırma üçün təsadüfi nömrə yaradılır. Şəkillər, üz ölçüləri, yazdığınız mətnlər və sizi tanıdan heç bir məlumat göndərilmir. Bu məlumatlar sizinlə əlaqələndirilmir və reklam və ya izləmə üçün istifadə olunmur.

Xatırlatmalar

Xatırlatmalar (məsələn, DV qeydiyyatının başlaması və ya şəklin 6 aydan köhnə olması) telefonun özündə planlaşdırılır. Bunun üçün heç bir məlumat serverə göndərilmir. Bildirişləri istədiyiniz vaxt telefonun ayarlarında söndürə bilərsiniz.

Nə etmirik

Hesab yaratmırıq, qeydiyyat istəmirik.
Reklam göstərmirik və sizi başqa tətbiq və saytlarda izləmirik.
Məlumatlarınızı satmırıq və başqalarına vermirik (yuxarıda adı çəkilən xidmət təminatçıları istisna olmaqla).
Üz məlumatından tanıma, reklam və ya profil yaratmaq üçün istifadə etmirik.

Uşaqlar

Valideynlər tətbiqlə uşaqlarının DV şəklini çəkə bilər. Bu şəkillər də yalnız telefonda qalır. Tətbiq uşaqlardan şəxsi məlumat toplamır.

Hüquqlarınız

Telefonunuzdakı bütün məlumatları tətbiqi silməklə silə bilərsiniz. Mütəxəssis yoxlamasına göndərdiyiniz şəklin silinməsini və ya haqqınızda saxladığımız məlumat barədə sualınız olsa, bizə yazın. 30 gün ərzində cavab veririk.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 22, 2026

In short: your photos and face measurements stay on your phone. No account, no sign-up. No ads, no tracking. The only photo we ever receive is one you choose to send for expert review, and it is deleted after 30 days.

Who we are

This policy covers the "My Green Card Photo" app for iOS and Android, made by Abdurahman Jarullayev, an individual developer in the United States ("we", "us").

The app is not affiliated with the U.S. government. Entering the DV lottery is free and done only at dvprogram.state.gov.

Photos and face analysis

Camera. The app uses the camera only to take the photo and check the framing live. No video is recorded.
Face analysis. To check whether a photo meets the DV photo rules, the app measures the face on the device: for example head size, eye level, head tilt, open eyes and glasses. These measurements are used only at that moment. They are not stored, not sent anywhere, and never used to identify you.
Finished photos are stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage. You can delete them in the app at any time, and deleting the app deletes them.
Gallery. When you choose a photo from your gallery, the phone's own picker opens and the app receives only the one photo you pick.
Saving. When you tap "Şəkli yüklə" (Save photo), the photo is added to your phone's Photos. The phone asks for permission once.

Expert review (optional)

Only if you choose "Expert review" and tap "Send":

that one photo is uploaded to our secure cloud storage and is seen only by the person reviewing it;
no name, email or phone number is sent with it, only a random request number;
your device's notification token is used to deliver the answer to you;
the photo is used only for this review and is deleted after 30 days. Email us if you want it deleted sooner.

Purchases

Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to verify and restore purchases: it receives a random user number and the purchase details (product, date, price, country), but not your name or email.

Anonymous usage statistics

To improve the app we use anonymous counters (TelemetryDeck): which screens are opened, which photo-check warnings appear most, the app version, device model, operating system version and approximate country. Each installation gets a random number. No photos, face measurements, typed text or anything that identifies you is sent. This data is not linked to you and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Reminders

Reminders (for example, when DV registration opens or when a photo is older than 6 months) are scheduled on your phone. No data is sent to a server for them. You can turn notifications off in your phone's settings at any time.

What we don't do

No accounts and no sign-up.
No ads, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
We don't sell or share your data, except with the service providers named above.
We don't use face data for recognition, advertising or profiling.

Children

Parents may use the app to take a DV photo of their child. These photos also stay on the phone. The app does not collect personal information from children.

Your rights

You can delete everything stored on your phone by deleting the app. To have an expert-review photo deleted, or for any question about data we hold, email us. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights to access or delete your data; we honor these requests.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
